Check Daybreak access from the plugin
- Check Daybreak access before a scan in desktop and CLI sessions signed in with ChatGPT, without connecting the separate Codex Security Access app.
- Show an enrollment link when access isn’t granted, or a warning when access can’t be verified. Sessions that use only an API key can’t verify account access.
- Continue the scan after the advisory, including when access is unavailable or the check fails. The advisory doesn’t grant access or control whether the scan runs.
Verify security fixes when requested

Improve startup and GitHub triage
